Welcome to JA Inspire Virtual

JA Inspire Virtual is a virtual career exploration platform and much more; it brings together the business community and local schools and is designed to help launch middle and high school students into their FUTURE—high school, postsecondary education, and careers beyond.

VFairs, the online interactive platform used to host the JA Inspire Virtual career exploration platform, allows students to explore the 16 career clusters along with local exhibitor booths. Students are able to view webinars and presentations in the auditorium, visit an Activity Lab to explore more work and career readiness activities, and save documents and videos in their own virtual backpack to send home.

This engaging experience is a powerful way for students to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy. We hope students will feel INSPIRED to set new goals for high school and future careers after they complete this unique learning opportunity!

JA Inspire is a powerful, interactive, career exploration tool for 8th-12th grade students, where companies display a variety of high-demand, high-growth careers for students to explore, bridging a connection to their future!

JA Inspire Virtual is a platform for students to get information about careers they find interesting. Students will have a chance to watch careers videos, visit virtual career booths, and download career information. After participating in JA Inspire Virtual, students will have a better idea of the high school courses they would like to take according to their career interests and personal strengths. Students will discover that the level of education they receive has an impact on their future career potential. We hope students will feel INSPIRED to set new goals after they complete this unique learning opportunity!

Once you log in, you will watch a video welcoming you to the event. In the event lobby, you will see an Exhibition Hall tab. Click on this tab to visit different booths. You can also visit the Auditorium to listen to webinars and presentations. If you have other questions about the event, you may visit the information booth!

Yes, each student has a backpack they can save items to and use an email address to forward saved documents, flyers, videos, etc.
JA Inspire has allowed you to do more research into careers you may not have considered or to visit those in which you are already interested. Post event you can research the company websites, complete the post curriculum, and continue to use JA resources to determine your future plan.
